Cancellation and No-Show Policy. At Tranquil Assuage, our clinical therapists are dedicated to providing on-time, high-quality care. To respect the time of both our staff and other clients who may need treatment, we require a minimum of 36 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 36 hours' notice, or missed entirely without notice, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate.

  • Repeated Offenses: Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel late will be charged the full session rate for the missed time.

Note: We understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illnesses occur. Tranquil Assuage will always evaluate severe extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling Your Appointment. You can easily reschedule your appointment online through our booking portal up to 36 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you need to adjust your appointment within the 36-hour window, please contact our clinic directly so our team can assist you.

Professional Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy. Tranquil Assuage is a strictly professional, clinical medical massage environment. We are completely committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and healing space for both our clients and our staff.

  • Strictly Non-Sexual: All therapeutic sessions are strictly non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate comments, sexual requests, or solicitations will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be charged the full session rate and permanently dismissed from the practice.

  • Respectful Environment: We treat every client with the utmost dignity and respect, and we require the same in return. Aggressive, hostile, or rude behavior directed toward any member of our staff will not be tolerated and will result in immediate refusal of service.
