Cancellations and No shows

Our therapists work very hard and do their best to respect your valuable time by trying to stay on time. We ask that you in return respect theirs. Our policy is to charge for no show/missed appointments and/or cancellations less than 24 hours. The offense will be half of the session rate. If you are a repeat offender, then the fee will be the full session rate. Tranquil Assuage will evaluate any extenuating or emergency circumstances surrounding the missed or late cancelled appointment.
