No. You undress to your comfort level. There will be a sheet barrier at all times for your privacy. Some folks leave under clothes on, some completely undress, some bring a bathing suit or shorts to change into. It is up to you and your comfort level.
Each session will be discussed with you prior to it starting. Some people are more comfortable with a complete body massage versus others. Some folks do not like to have their feet touched or glutes massaged. It is up to you.
As you relax on the table, the therapist will take your focused body area, example legs, and do range of motion exercises and move your leg in different directions to stretch different groups of muscles. This is very successful because you do not engage your muscles and they will not fatigue as quickly during the stretch.
This is your session. This is your body. You control the pressure. A typical session starts with compressions at first. Then a light to medium pressure for the first strokes. The pressure is increased and deepens as your muscle and body relaxes. At any point you can ask for the pressure to be more or less. Different areas of the body can take different pressure. Example, the calf usually likes less pressure than your back.
No. This is your session. You are more than welcome to bring your own music or request certain music.
